Noble Star Rally Races For Cystic Fibrosis Awareness Month
May 28, 2015
May is Cystic Fibrosis Awareness month and the Noble Star Rally (NSR) team is ready to hit the stages in
the race for a cure, and support NSR team member, Ian Kessler, who has battled this debilitating disease since infancy. Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-threatening genetic disease that primarily affects the lungs and digestive system. There are an estimated 30,000 children and adults in the United States who have CF. The team is reaching out to the rally community for its support.
"We created limited edition T-shirts to raise money for Ian to keep rallying and living his dream," driver Amanda Skelly said, "10 percent of all funds raised go to the CF Foundation towards research for a cure."
The shirts were created by Michigan local, Dan Delaney of Devnani Delaney LLC. There are currently two different designs available on black and purple shirts in both T-shirts and hoodies. Shirts are available online only and may be purchased by visiting the teams storefront at the following link: http://teespring.com/stores/nsr
Kessler is an experienced driver and co-driver since 2013 having navigated for Rally America competitors, Ryan Wilcox and Matt Peterson. He has competed as a driver, but will be driving in his first Rally America event at the 2015 Susquehannock Trail Performance Rally in Wellsboro, PA next month on June 5th & 6th. He will be joined by Skelly in his 1989 Chevy Cavalier G2 rally car.
