2020 Vendor Information

This year we are taking a new approach to our vendor experience.  We will be working the vending area around our car show and creating an interactive vending experience.  Vendors are encouraged to sell products and services and our attendees arrive ready with cash in hand. Our social media team promotes event-only brand specials and we have a new “Virtual Vendor Row” on our website where your brand is featured for attendees to see for months leading up to event weekend. 

 

We will have a new layout this year that promotes foot traffic specifically to and through the vendor area all weekend long!  We have a large media outreach and growing support for vendors and we want you here!

VENDOR SCHEDULE

The event officially kicks off for attendees starting at 8AM on Friday, May 17th and running through the weekend until 5PM on Sunday, May 19th.

Thursday, May 16th

12:00pm- Larger Rigs Load-In

2:00PM - All Others

5:30PM - Vendor Check-In/Setup

Friday, May 17th

7:00AM-11:00AM - Vendor Check-In/Setup (Vendor load in closes PROMPTLY at 11:00am)

12PM-6PM Vending Hours (Required to be at booth)

 

Saturday, May 18th

10AM-6PM Vending Hours (Required to be at booth)

Sunday, May 19th

10AM-3PM Vending Hours (Required to be at booth)

Because of the extensive schedule of on- and off-track activities, vendors are welcome to extend booth times and remain open in excess of the required hours listed above if desired.

 

NOTE: If you require additional time to setup, please note that in the Vendor Registration or contact our Partner Relations Director Amanda at rally@hyper-fest.com and let us know what time you would like to have access into the venue and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

DEADLINES-

Regular Registration ends April 15th, 2020.  In the event that space remains, we will continue to accept registrations after April 15th with a late registration fee of $100 per vendor level chosen. We will try our best to have a confirmation email returned to you within 72 hours. 

To be accepted for the photo backdrop and event t-shirts, vector images of your logo MUST be received no later than April 5th 2020.

VENDING SPACE

Actual dimensions of your booth space size are in feet (width x depth). This space includes any space needed for activation (i.e. trailers, tents, kiosks, displays, vehicles, etc.). Everything must fit within these dimensions.

 

NOTE: there is nearby Satellite Parking for support vehicles/trailers available if your booth does not utilize these.  Each vendor area is divided with a tent line in place, and an area to display a booth car.

 

Typically, there are 15 feet in front of the tent line allotted for positioning of cars, with 20 feet behind the tent line for your booth setups (displays, trailers, tents, kiosks, etc…).  Vendor spaces are located only within the vendor area, where the car show is also located.  If you wish to be placed near the North Paddock area, please follow this link HERE for more information on becoming a Partner or Sponsor.
